Pineville’s Elgie Green captured the 13th Region Girls’ KABC Coach of the Year honors on Friday.
Green has guided the Lady Mountain Lions to a 20-7 record so far this season, including going 9-4 against 13th Region foes, and 2-1 against 49th District opponents.
The Lady Mountain Lions won only eight games this season.
