Pineville’s Elgie Green received the 13th Region Girls’ KABC Coach of the Year plaque during quarterfinal action of the Mingua Beef Girls’ Basketball Sweet 16 on Friday.
Green guided the Lady Mountain Lions to a 22-9 record this season, including going 11-6 against 13th Region foes, and 3-2 against 51st District opponents.
