WEEK THREE RANKINGS
1. Corbin (6-4)
The Lady Redhounds are heating up at the right time. They’ve won three in a row while outscoring their opponents, 25-0, during the process.
2. North Laurel (12-1)
The Lady Jaguars are red-hot. They’ve won six in a row while posting a 5-0 mark while on spring break against some very good teams. Hitting, pitching, and defense are really looking good.
3. South Laurel (5-2)
The Lady Cardinals were off this past week. They started the season off red-hit with the long layoff without playing any games be a plus or a negative? We will see.
4. Clay County (6-2)
The Lady Tigers posted a 1-1 mark this past week with a loss to Corbin included. Clay County’s had a chance to make some noise but dropped a 12-0 decision at home to the defending region champs.
5. Harlan County (6-6)
The Lady Black Bears posted a 1-4 mark during spring break with their lone win coming against Russell.
6. Bell County (4-3)
The Lady Bobcats have losses three games in a row after starting the season 4-0.
7. Middlesboro (8-6)
The Lady Yellow Jackets look to be improving each game, and posted an impressive 3-2 mark during their stay in Florida this past week.
8. Whitley County (4-11)
The Lady Colonels have played one heck of a schedule, and continue to get better. If its defensive play gets better, Whitley County can surprise someone.
9. Lynn Camp (4-7)
The Lady Wildcats’ trip to Myrtle Beach wasn’t too kind. They played top notch competition while going 0-3 during their stay.
10. Jackson County (4-3)
The Lady Generals didn’t play a game this past week.
