CORBIN — The Corbin Lady Redhound volleyball team made quick work of Clay County on Tuesday, defeating the Lady Tigers in less than 30 minutes.
Corbin picked up an easy 2-0 victory while improving to 11-3 during the process.
“We needed the win tonight especially after last night,” Corbin coach Vanessa Ross said. “We came out and took care of business.”
The Lady Redhounds won the opening set, 25-10, before cursing to an easy 25-6 victory in the second set.
Corbin will be back in action Thursday on the road against Barbourville before participating in the Halloween Smash at Lafayette beginning Friday.
