VERSAILLES — The Corbin Lady Redhound cross country team placed sixth overall in the Woodford County Invitational, participating against some of the best teams in the state.
Corbin finished with 182 points while Beechwood won the event with 47 points.
Hadley Elmore led the Lady Redhounds with a 20th place effort, turning in a time of 21.37.38. Jaycee Frye finished 31st (22:11.47), Alex Herren finished 35th (22:20.75) while Maddie Russell also turned in a top 50 effort, placing 44th (22:59.28).
