WILLIAMSBURG — Whitley County senior Katlynn Collier was named KVCA 13th Region Player of the Year on Monday.
Collier has been a huge key to the Lady Colonels’ success, helping them to a 32-2 record along with a 50th District Tournament championship, and an appearance in tonight’s 13th Region Tournament semifinals.
Collier has 100 kills this season so far along with 20 blocks, a team best 788 assists, 296 digs, and 98 aces.
