LONDON — North Laurel coach James Hendrix found out Monday that he was named as the KVCA 13th Region Coach of the Year.
Hendrix guided the Lady Jaguars to an impressive 17-15 record along with winning the 49th District Tournament.
The Lady Jaguars reached the 13th Region Tournament before falling to Corbin, a team they had beaten twice this season.
Hendrix also guided North Laurel to a 14-3 record against regional opponents, and 7-0 against 49th District opponents.
