CORBIN — The Corbin Lady Redhound volleyball team punched their ticket into the 13th Region Volleyball Tournament’s championship game for the 10th straight year while making quick work of Harlan County during Monday’s semifinals with a 3-0 win.
“Super proud of our girls tonight,” Corbin assistant coach Krystal Jones said. “They showed up with intensity and their focus was where it needed to be. When it comes to tournament time, it’s easy to start looking ahead once you get deep into the bracket. We were able to stay on task and get the job done tonight.
“Now it’s time to shift our focus quickly and prepare for the championship game tomorrow night,” she added. “We need our fans to show up and be loud for these Lady Rehounds. Another great day to be a Redhound.”
