LONDON — The 13th Region Sixth Grade All-Stars wasted no time in defeating the 14th Region All-Stars on Saturday.
The 13th Region picked up a 68-26 win while North Laurel’s Laylee Phillips won the 3-point competition, and North Laurel’s Ella Hubbard captured the Skills competition.
