Corbin’s Kallie Housley enters the season as the third-ranked player on the 13th Region tied with Bell County’s Gracie Jo Wilder.
Housley guided the Lady Redhounds to a 13th Region title just two years ago, and has hopes of leading Corbin back to Rupp Arena this season.
Housley averaged 16.2 points last season while hitting 192-of-426 shot attempts (45.1 percent). She connected on 70-of-192 shot attempts (40.1 percent) behind the 3-point line as well.
Housley averaged 4.3 rebounds per game and totaled 137 rebounds on the season while leading the Lady Redhounds to a 22-10 record, a 50th District title, and a semifinal appearance in the 13th Region Tournament.
