PINEVILLE — The trio of Nadine Johnson, Ava Arnette, and Rachel Howard combined to score 66 points during Pineville’s 69-59 opening season win over Leslie County.
Johnson scored 25 points to lead the Lady Mountain Lions (1-0) while Arnette followed with 23 points, and Howard added 18 points.
Pineville jumped out to a 20-13 advantage in the first quarter and built a commanding 41-21 lead at halftime.
