LONDON — Pineville’s Nadine Johnson continued her impressive play to open the season, scoring 23 points during the Lady Mountain Lions’ 57-39 win over Mercer County during Saturday’s Lisa Collins’ Classic.
Johnson got off to a good start, scoring eight points in the first quarter while adding four points in the second quarter, seven points in the third quarter, and four points in the fourth quarter.
Teammate Rachel Howard also scored in double figures with 14 points while Ava Arnett added 12 points.
