MANCHESTER — Pineville advanced to semifinal action of the 13th Region All ‘A’ Classic, slipping past Jackson County with a 60-58 win.
Ashton Moser led the way with 23 points while Sawyer Thompson scored 20 points.
“I’m proud of our kids and coaching staff for locking in and doing what we needed to do over the course of a day tournament to prepare to compete each night,” Pineville coach Brad Levy said. “We played three quality teams this week to win this thing. Our staff did a great job of having our kids ready each night. We had guys step up tonight when we had to have them and they produced in some big moments.”
