HARLAN — The Harlan Lady Green Dragons rallied from a 34-27 halftime deficit to earn their bid into next week’s 13th Region Tournament by stunning host Harlan County, 57-55, during semifinal action of the 52nd District Tournament.
Led by Kylie Noe’s 23 points and Aymanni Wynn’s 21 points, the Lady Green Dragons outscored the Lady Black Bears, 30-21, in the second half to secure their spot in Thursday’s 52nd District title game. Emma Owens also scored in double figures for Harlan, finishing with 11 points.
Ella Karst played her final game at Harlan County, scoring a game-high 28 points while Paige Phillips added 13 points.
