Williamsburg – It was announced on Monday, March 11th that after 5 seasons head coach of the Whitley County Lady Colonels, Sean Pigman has resigned.
Coach Pigman’s team finished out the 2023-24 season with a 16-14 record and he compiled a 71-75 record as the Lady Colonels head coach.
“It was time for the program to go in a different direction and for me to do the same,” Pigman said. “I can’t say enough about my girls and my staff at Whitley County. There’s so much talent and potential there — they have a great future ahead of them. I’d like to say thanks especially to Athletic Directors Bryan Stewart and Jeremy Shope. They have been outstanding to work with and to work for.”
