Knox Central’s dominance over Pineville in volleyball action continued on Tuesday with the Lady Panthers coming away with a 3-0 victory.
Barb Gregory’s squad is now 13-1 overall against the Lady Mountain Lions with Pineville’s lone win coming on Sept. 9, 2021.
Knox Central (4-2) won the first set 25-16 but the Lady Mountain Lions (4-6) put up a fight in the second set before falling, 28-26. The Lady Panthers wrapped up the victory with a 25-10 win.
Gregory’s squad will be back in action Tuesday on the road against Middlesboro while Pineville hosts Harlan on Thursday.
