WILLIAMSBURG — Bradyn Bargo limited Southwestern to only three hits while striking out four batters during Whitley County’s 10-0 win on Saturday.
The Colonels scored four runs in the first two innings before using a five-run fifth inning to put the game away.
EJ Allen connected with a home run for Whitley County while going 2-for-3 at the plate with one RBI and two runs scored. Matthew Wright finished with a hit, two RBI and a run scored while Jason Nunley finished with two hits. Shane Parker was perfect at the plate with a 2-for-2 effort while scoring twice and Bryce Anderson had a hit, two RBI and one run scored. Caden Mountjoy finished with a hit and an RBI while Hunter Wilson had an RBI and a run scored. Luke Ridener also had a hit.
