Cardinals pick up third consecutive win with 9-6 victory over East Jessamine

LONDON — South Laurel rallied from a 6-4 deficit to knock off East Jessamine on Saturday, 9-6.

The three-run win ran the Cardinals’ record to 6-2 while extending their win streak to three games.

Keaton Creech picked up the win, tossing 1 1/3 of an inning while allowing one hit and striking out one batter. Cole Harville started the game, going 3 1/3 of an inning while giving up six hits and three earned runs. He also had five strikeouts. Tyler Curry went 2 1/3 of an inning while allowing three hits and one run. He struck out one batter.

Curry had a hit and two RBI while Harville delivered a hit and two RBI. Vincent Sizemore and Will Alsip also drove in a run apiece.
