Corbin High School place three teams in top 50 of Kentucky High School Student Angler Federation State Championship

JAMESTOWN — The Corbin High School fishing team had three teams placed in the top 50 of the Kentucky High School Student Angler Federation State Championship, which was held at Lake Cumberland.
Corbin’s Hunter Napier and Kolby Gambrel placed 16th overall out of 203 teams, finishing with a total of 10 pounds and 12 ounces which advanced them to the nationals while the team of Blake Jenkins and Cameron Christian finished 29th overall with a catch total of nine pounds and six ounces, and also tied for the “Big Fish.” The team of Jacob White and Keegan Reeder finished 50th overall with a total catch of six pounds and seven ounces.
