FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — They might be playing in a different state but the Corbin Redhounds continue to remain red-hot.
Cody Philpot’s squad ran its season-best win streak to seven games on Tuesday, delivering Muhlenberg County a 10-4 loss.
Corbin (9-2) trailed 1-0 until the third inning when the Redhounds played two runs to take a 2-1 edge.

“Bradric battled some adversity on the mound and threw really well,” Philpot said. “Walker had a good day at the plate, and as a team, we executed much better today offensively. The goal is to improve daily, win or lose, and so far, I think we’re doing that.”
