Six-run fourth inning highlights North Laurel’s 12-6 win over Casey County

The Lady Jaguars (20-8) jumped out to a 6-1 lead in the first inning, withstood a five-run third inning from Casey County while tallying six runs in the bottom of the fourth to knock for the Lady Rebels, 12-6. 

Tessa Monhollen started the game, lasting two innings while allowing eight hits and six earned runs. She struck out two batters.

Emma Carl got the win, pitching two scoreless innings while allowing only two hits. Carl struck out one batter.

Bella Sizemore had a big game at the plate, collecting two hits, four RBI and, and scored once. Bella Finley finished with two hits, three RBI and two runs scored while Morgan Edwards had two hits, and three RBI. Ellie Adams collected two hits an RBI and scored once while Carl connected with a hit and scored once. Saige McClure finished with a hit and scored twice while Katie Sams scored twice. Katie Keen scored once.
