MANCHESTER — The Oneida Baptist Mountaineers captured the 13th Region All A Classic championship by defeating Barbourville in the title game, 8-0, while cruising past Middlesboro, 8-0, in the semifinals.
The Mountaineers are now 8-0 on the season, outscoring their opponents, 53-2.
Amadeus Martin and Enrique Gabardo led Oneida Baptist with two goals and one assist apiece while Hero Khajohnsupawatchara scored a goal and finished with three assists. Akawak Bekele, Noah Jeon, and Jonathan Fan scored a goal apiece in the championship game.
Against Middlesboro, Amadeus Martin had two goals and three assists while Enrique Gabardo finished with two goals and an assist. Noah Jeon and Hero Khajohnsupawatchara finished with a goal and an assist apiece while Samuel Cho and Akawak Bekele scored a goal apiece. Jonathan Fan and Nathanael Dourng had an assist apiece.
