LONDON — North Laurel coach David Broyles received another total team effort and it showed during the Jaguars’ 6-0 win over Richmond Mosel on Thursday.
Reilly Stuber scored two goals in the win while Malik Turner, Jordan McIntyre, Sawyers Reynolds and Grant Abner each scored a goal apiece.
The win improved North Laurel to 6-2 on the season.
“We came out tonight and played really well,” Broyles said. “We possessed the ball and controlled the game. Our passes were crisp and on target. It took a while but we opened the scoring when Reilly Stuber found Malik Turner who put it in the back of the net. We added a second goal a few minutes later when Jordan McIntyre connected on a loose ball in the box.
“We finished the first half with a 3-0 lead when Grant Abner assisted Stuber. It stayed that way for most of the second half until Abner found Stuber with a sweet through ball to make it 4-0.
“We added our fifth goal when Jordan McIntyre found Sawyers Reynolds and we finished the scoring with Malik Turner assisting Grant Abner,” Broyles continued. “Tonight was a team effort from start to finish.”
