LONDON — North Laurel’s first fishing tournament of the winter season was a success as first-year coach Jon Sizemore is excited to see what the season will bring.
“We’re proud of all the anglers who came out,” Sizemore said. “We’re also so appreciative of the boat captains for giving their time and efforts, the parents, and fans who came out for the weigh-in! Thank you, Ashley Harris, Kim Allen, & Kristin Sizemore for providing a delicious meal! Today was a great start to the bass fishing season.”
Rylan Robbins took home top honors, placing first overall (6.87 pounds) along with winning the ‘Big Fish’ award (2.33 pounds).
