CORBIN — Another slow start contributed to Lynn Camp’s 61-29 loss to Model during Friday’s Wildcat Classic.
Lynn Camp (1-8) managed only three points in the first quarter, and three field goals in the first half.
Dinky Phipps’ squad trailed 23-3 at the end of the first quarter and 40-15 at halftime.
Things didn’t get much better in the second half. The Wildcats were outscored, 21-14.
Jared King led Lynn Camp with 13 points while Elijah Mayo finished with eight points.
