Bobcats keep rolling, Buell’s 30 points lead Bell County to eighth straight win

NASHVILLE, TENN. — Brad Sizemore’s Bell County Bobcats recorded a huge road win on the road, running their win streak to eight games while improving to 11-3 overall during their 69-49 win over Tennessee’s Antioch High School.

“Our guys continue to find a way to win,” Sizemore said. “We had several guys step up and play huge on both sides of the ball. We just beat a very big and athletic team. Our kids are continuing to play great team defense and are sharing the ball. I’m happy for our guys hopefully this will continue to give us momentum moving forward into the 2A tournament next week.”

Ethan Buell led the way with 30 points while Cameron Hall added 18 points, and Jaxon Thomas finished with seven points.

Bell County will be back in action Tuesday at Harlan County in a first round Kentucky 2A, Section 7 matchup against Whitley County.
