The North Laurel Lady Jaguars 8th grade basketball team captured the KBC Middle School State Championship today by defeating Southern Pulaski, 49-31.
North Laurel’s Emma Carl was named the tournament’s most outstanding player after scoring 15 points in the title game and 30 points in the semifinals.
