I love football season, however it goes by way too fast. Playoffs are just around the corner and one matchup I am particularly looking forward to in the first round is Harlan County traveling to Corbin. This will be a battle of two blue collared teams that will get after each other.
Lets take a look at how the Fan Vote went for last week, as the season draws to an end, so does the voting. Before we do that, I would like to take a minute to thank everyone who takes the time to cast a vote, if it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t have anything to discuss, so let’s get started.
Facebook went a perfect 10-0 this week. The Corbin/Wayne County game got an impressive 221 votes! Twitter went 9-1, missing the Perry Central/Harlan County game. The Corbin/Wayne County game led the vote with 33.
With the regular season quickly coming to an end, Facebook made a little run this week, but still trails. Out of 97 games, Twitter has picked 83 right, and Facebook has picked 80. Just remember to get out and vote, your vote matters, this is not over.
Knox Central picks up a big district win, Williamsburg now has won 7 district titles in a row, Whitley County punched their ticket to the playoffs, plus many more storylines.
