North Laurel accomplished a feat that only one other Jaguar football team has done, capture a road playoff win.
Jason Chappell’s squad surprised many across the Class 5A playoff field by defeating Collins on the road, 42-28.
The Jaguars (6-5) built a 14-0 lead and never looked back during their win.
Collins got as close as 35-28 but a late Jaguar touchdown with two minutes remaining in the fourth quarter sealed the deal.
North Laurel is now 6-15 in postseason play while snapping a four-game losing skid in the playoffs with the win over the Titans.
