CORBIN — Whitley County overcame a slow start to pick up a 50-36 road win over Lynn Camp on Thursday.
The Lady Colonels evened their record at 1-1 after receiving identical 13 point scoring efforts from Marissa Douglas, and Kyhlea Collier.
Whitley County built a 6-4 lead at the end of the first quarter before taking a 24-8 advantage into the locker room at halftime.
Douglas scored eight points in the third quarter while Collier added seven points in the fourth quarter to allow the Lady Colonels to pull away.
Abby Made lex the Lady Wildcats (0-2) with 14 points while McKenzie Owens added eight points.
