Clay County’s evened its record at 6-6 on the season after defeating Paul Dunbar during the Berea Classic.
The Lady Tigers’ Jaylen Combs scored 24 points, and finished with seven rebounds in the win. She totaled four 3-pointers, was 12-of-14 from the free-throw line while finishing with four assists, and two steals.
Clay County is scheduled to be back in action Monday on the road against Hazard.
