Matt Warren had the hot-hand during Barbourville’s 81-40 win over Oneida Baptist on Saturday.
Warren scored 26 points while nailing four 3-pointers, helping the Tigers advance to Monday’s 13th Region All ‘A’ Classic semifinal matchup with Harlan.
Barbourville built a 24-14 lead entering the second quarter, and increased it to 49-18 at halftime, and never looked back.
Travis Scott hit three 3-pointers, and scored 22 points for the Tigers while Ethan Smith added 11 points.
Canaan Tyree led the Mountaineers with 18 points while Daniel Etokwudo finished with eight points, and Jacob Rogers added six points.
