Ella Karst continued her impressive play, scoring a game-high 27 points to lead Harlan County past Leslie County, 63-55.
Karst began the game red-hot from the floor, scoring seven points in the first quarter, and never cooled down. She added nine points in the second quarter, six points in the third quarter, and five points in the fourth quarter.
Jaylin Smith added nine points while Taylor
Lunsford scored eight points for Harlan County.
The Lady Black Bears led 16-14 at the end of the first quarter, and 31-29 at halftime. They put the finishing touches in the second half, outscoring the Lady Eagles, 32-26.
