Trey King’s 33-point scoring effort paved the way for Middlesboro’s 70-53 win over Knox Central on Monday.
The Yellow Jackets (6-16) fought back from a 33-27 halftime deficit, outscoring the Panthers, 43-20, during the second half to grab the win.
Braydon Barnard also scored in double figures, finishing with 15 points for the Yellow Jackets while Jeremiah Beck added 10 points.
Jacob Smith led Knox Central (3-20) with 14 points while Austin Bargo totaled 13 points, Brayden Mills finished with 11 points.
